Shipping Policy

Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a notification when your order has shipped.

Fulfillment: To provide the fastest delivery of tech hardware, orders may ship from multiple distribution centers (including Ingram Micro and BCW). Items may arrive in separate packages at different times.

E-tronics Merchandise: All branded apparel and accessories are print-on-demand. Please allow an additional 2-3 business days for production before shipment.

Rates: We offer Free Standard Shipping on all domestic orders within the United States.

International: We currently do not ship outside the United States.

Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at E-tronics. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we invite you to review our policy below.

Your Cancellation Rights
You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 14 days of receiving your Goods. To exercise this right, you must notify us via email at customerservice@e-tronicsusa.com. We will reimburse you no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive the returned Goods.

Conditions for Returns
In order for Goods to be eligible for a return, please ensure:

The Goods were purchased in the last 14 days.

The Goods are in the original factory-sealed packaging.

The Goods have not been used, installed, or damaged.

Electronics/Hardware: For simulation gear and computer components, the serial number must match the unit shipped.
Restocking Fees

Returns on high-value electronics, pro-audio gear, and simulation cockpits where the original factory seal has been broken are subject to a 15% restocking fee. This covers the diminished value of the hardware once it is no longer "Factory New."
Non-Returnable Items

Custom-built PCs or personalized merchandise.

Software, digital keys, or licenses once the code has been delivered.

Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance."
Returning Goods
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning Goods to us. You must contact us before sending items back to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and the correct warehouse address. We recommend using an insured and trackable mail service.
